We have also just supplied a ‘Cherry’ 2.6m3 Toe Tip Bucket to assist loading bulk wagons and better access to hopper to feed the plant.
Arnold Plant Hire Ltd takes delivery of a NEW JCB 417 Loading Shovel with the latest Tier 4 engine for cleaner emissions and better economy.
The JCB 417 is available with a various attachments including standard GP, high tip, side tip, grapple, forks etc. With winter fighting back it will be a great tool to assist gritting and snow clearing.

APC Forks takes delivery of a PINK JCB TLT35D Teletruk, all hire profits go to Cancer Research. We also invite potential hirers to make their own contribution by topping up the hire rate for a given period of time.
This is the second Charity JCB Teletruk to join the hire fleet. 18 months ago a GREEN unit joined the fleet with all its hire profits going to the NSPCC (see previous news items).

Arnold Plant Hire move up a gear and purchase their first MAN Tractor Unit which makes up the front end of its new Urban Articulated Vehicle to give greater flexibility within the fleet of trucks for delivery and collection throughout the United Kingdom.

Arnold Plant Hire Ltd have just taken delivery of a new DAF 8 Wheel Beavertail delivery vehicle.
The vehicle is fitted with the very latest safety barriers to protect the driver from potential fall risk, health and safety is a major consideration when replacing any asset within the business. The safety rails can be stored away easily and conveniently when not in use.
We have sacrificed the larger sleeper cab for a day cab for more load space on the deck, giving more flexibility with delivery’s, hopefully offering the client more options. With an 18 ton payload we are able to deliver most items of plant ourselves, the larger loading shovels and excavators will still require low loaders. Arnold Plant Hire Ltd ‘Plant Manager’ Jason Caudwell has been involved with the order and specification of this vehicle from day one and is delighted with the results!

Merlo 55.9 Wastemaster Loadall
Arnold Plant Hire Ltd run a number of JCB Wastemaster Loadalls and have recently purchased 2 Merlo 55.9 Wastemaster units to compliment the fleet and to offer the customer an alternative product.
The Merlo 55.9’s are available with cab suspension and air suspension seats giving a smooth and comfortable ride whilst using solid waste spec tyres. One of the units has a pressurised cab system for use within applications where extra protection is required for the operator.
Like the rest of the Wastemaster fleet the Merlo 55.9 is available with various attachments including GP buckets (2.6 to 4.0 cubic meter), grapple bucket, heavy duty forks & hook attachment. Waste spec includes reverse camera & monitor, green seat belt light and blue strobe reverse lights as standard.

Arnold Plant Hire Ltd take delivery of its first Compact Loadall, the JCB 527-58 Wastemaster with a payload of 2.7 tonnes to 5.8m height. The 2m height and compact footprint offer great versatility.
The Wastemaster package offers protection in harsh envirnoments with added comfort for the driver having an air suspension seat plus air conditioning.
Various attachments are available including GP buckets, Top Grapple Waste Bucket and front forks. The machine has Solid Waste Specification Tyres as standard.
Short term and long term flexible hire packages are available.
